Project scopes include specific rounds of revisions as agreed upon in the initial service agreement. Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges based on time and complexity.
We strive to deliver high-quality, bug-free, and conversion-focused digital solutions. However, MD NURUL ISLAM shall not be held liable for third-platform outages (such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, GoHighLevel or Kajabi changes), email deliverability fluctuations outside configured domain authentication, or indirect/consequential damages arising from the use of our delivered templates or websites.
